• Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Delivery within [2–3 business days].

• Other Governorates (Delta & Upper Egypt): Delivery within [3–5 business days].

2. Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over [4,000 EGP].

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all locations in Egypt. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier. Note: You have the right to inspect the package's external condition before paying, but packages cannot be opened or tried on before payment is handed to the courier.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
